How do I print shipping labels (single and batch)?

Overview

StoreYug generates clean, standard 4x6 inch shipping labels formatted for thermal barcode label printers (such as TSC, Zebra, or Rollo) as well as regular A4 desktop printers.

What is on the Shipping Label?

  • Store Information: Your store brand name, registered address, and seller contact number.
  • Recipient Details: Customer name, full delivery address, city, state, and pincode in bold legible type.
  • Scannable Barcode & Receipt #: Scannable order receipt barcode for easy warehouse sorting.
  • Payment Tag: Bold PREPAID or COLLECT CASH (COD) badge with the exact cash amount to collect from the customer.
  • Package Summary: Compact summary of items and variant sizes inside the box.

Printing a Single Shipping Label

  1. Go to Orders and open the order you want to dispatch.
  2. Click the Print Shipping Label button in the top action bar.
  3. A print-optimized label opens in a clean viewer. Click Print or press Ctrl + P.

Batch Printing Multiple Shipping Labels

If you fulfill dozens of orders daily, printing labels one by one is time-consuming. StoreYug provides a Batch Print tool:

  1. Navigate to Orders.
  2. Filter your list by status Packed or select the checkboxes next to the orders you are dispatching today.
  3. Click the Batch Print Labels button in the table header.
  4. StoreYug renders all selected shipping labels sequentially, formatted for seamless, continuous thermal printing.
✅ Print Tip: For thermal 4x6" label rolls, set margins to None and paper size to 4 x 6 in in your browser print settings for edge-to-edge alignment.
