Where WhatsApp Notification Toggles Are Located
Notification switches are built directly into each order fulfillment window in Order Details:
- Confirm Order Window: Send WA / Skip WA switch for order confirmation and payment instructions.
- Mark Paid Window: Send WA / Skip WA switch acknowledging payment receipt.
- Mark Shipped Window: Send WA / Skip WA switch containing courier name, tracking number, and live tracking link.
- Mark Delivered Window: Send WA / Skip WA switch confirming successful delivery.
- Cancel Order Window: Send WA / Skip WA switch explaining cancellation details.
- Return Order Window: Send WA / Skip WA switch for return approvals.
- In-Store POS Billing: Switch to automatically open WhatsApp with the digital receipt link after completing a sale.
How the Toggles Work
- Send WA (Enabled): When you confirm the order update, StoreYug saves the status and immediately opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message addressed to the customer. You just click Send.
- Skip WA (Disabled): When toggled to Skip WA, StoreYug updates the order status quietly without opening WhatsApp. This is ideal if you have already spoken to the customer in person or over a call.
Automatic Preference Memory
⚡ Automatic Saving: Whenever you flip a Send WA or Skip WA switch, your preference is saved automatically in the background. You don't have to look for a separate save button!
