How do I add product variants (Size, Color, Weight etc.)?

Understanding Product Variants

A Product Variant represents a specific, purchasable version of a product. For example, a T-shirt master product might have variants such as Red / M, Red / L, and Blue / XL. Each variant can have its own price, discount, SKU code, stock level, and photos.

How to Add a Variant

1. From your Products list, click on the product you wish to configure.
2. Navigate to the Variants tab and click + Add Variant.
3. Select Attribute Values: Select your variant axes (for example, choose Color: Navy Blue and Size: Large from the dropdowns).
4. Review Pre-filled Price & Discount: The variant price and discount are automatically pre-filled from the defaults you set on the Product Master! You do not need to re-type them unless this specific variant has a different price (e.g. Size XXL costs ₹50 more).
5. Add SKU / Barcode: Enter your custom SKU or physical barcode. If left blank, StoreYug auto-generates a unique SKU code for you.
6. Upload Variant Images: Select or upload at least one image (up to 5 images) showing this specific variant.
7. Click Save Variant.
