Searching Your Customer Database
As your store grows to hundreds or thousands of customers, locating a specific buyer must be fast and effortless. StoreYug provides instant, multi-attribute search directly from the customer directory.
Search Capabilities
In the Customers search bar, you can search across multiple fields simultaneously:
- By Name: Type any part of the customer's first or last name (e.g.
RahulorSharma). - By Phone Number: Enter the full contact number or any partial sequence of digits (e.g.
98765). - By Email Address: Search by full or partial email address (e.g.
gmail.com).
Filtering by Account Status
Above the customer table, click the interactive status stat cards to filter your directory:
- All: Displays every customer registered in your store.
- Active: Filters the list to display only buyers who have regular ordering privileges.
- Blocked: Isolates accounts that have been restricted by store staff from placing new orders.
Customer List Information
Each row in the customer table presents key relationship data at a glance:
- Customer Name & Status: Full name with green Active or red Blocked status badges.
- Contact Details: Verified phone number and optional email address.
- Location: City, state, and pincode of their primary delivery address.
- Total Orders: A counter showing the total number of orders placed by this customer.
- Member Since: Registration date when they placed their first order.
Opening the Full Customer Profile
To view a customer’s complete 360-degree profile, purchase analytics, and transaction ledger, simply click on the customer's name or the view icon in the table.
