Overview
Whether upgrading from your free trial, extending your current subscription, or stepping up from the Starter tier to Growth or Pro, you can switch plans anytime from the StoreYug Pricing portal.
Accessing the Pricing Page
You can reach the subscription pricing page through either of these simple routes:
- Click the Upgrade Plan button located in the top navigation bar.
- Go to Store Settings > Billing & Subscriptions, and click Choose Plan.
Selecting Your Plan & Duration
- Compare Tiers: Review the available plan cards (Starter, Growth, or Pro) based on your catalog inventory needs.
- Choose Duration: Click your desired duration tab within the plan card:
- 1 Month: Flexible monthly cycle.
- 3 Months: Quarterly package with bundled savings.
- 12 Months: Best annual value with substantial savings.
- Review Price & Savings: The plan card dynamically displays the total amount and any bundled discount applied.
- Click Choose Plan / Upgrade Now: If switching from an existing plan, a confirmation modal will appear.
Important Plan Switching Guidelines
⚠️ Immediate Activation & Cycle Superseding: When you subscribe to a new plan or duration, the new plan takes effect immediately upon payment confirmation. Any remaining days on your previous billing cycle are superseded by the new plan.
Pending Payment Verification Safeguard
If you have already submitted payment proof for a subscription order that is currently under manual review, the system will prevent you from initiating another plan switch until the pending review is completed. This prevents duplicate orders and accidental double payments.
Product Count Check
If you choose to switch to a tier with a lower product allowance than your current inventory count, the system will remind you to remove or archive excess products before the switch can proceed.
