How do I log in to my StoreYug seller dashboard?

Overview

The StoreYug seller login portal allows you to access your store management dashboard from any desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone browser. Designed with merchant convenience in mind, you can authenticate using either your email address or your store username.

How to Log In

1. Visit the StoreYug login screen.
2. In the Email or Store Username field, enter either:
   • Your registered administrative Email Address (e.g. [email protected]), or
   • Your unique Store Username handle (e.g. freshbakes).
3. In the Password field, enter your account password.
4. Check the mandatory checkbox confirming your agreement to the platform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Click Sign In to Dashboard.

Security Login Notifications

Every time a successful login occurs on your account, StoreYug automatically dispatches an immediate security notification to your registered email address and your dashboard notification tray. This alert records the exact date and timestamp of the sign-in so that you can verify that all account activity is authorized.

Account Lockout Protection

To safeguard your business catalog, customer database, and sales revenue against automated password guessing attacks, StoreYug enforces strict security rate limits:

• 5 Failed Attempts: If an incorrect password is submitted 5 consecutive times for an account, the system temporarily locks login attempts for that account for 15 minutes.
• What to do if locked out: Wait 15 minutes for the security window to clear, or click Forgot password? to reset your credentials immediately without waiting.

Logging In from Multiple Devices

Store owners and shop managers can stay logged in simultaneously across multiple devices (such as a billing POS laptop at the counter and a smartphone on the go). Each active session operates securely and independently.
